KELLEY REXROAD

Kelley Rexroad is the founder of krexconsulting. Kelley learned her business sense early- growing up-and working in-- a family owned business started by her parents. Her brother runs that more-than-50-year-old business today.

Kelley created a career in the communications and human resources fields. Her prior employers included Cardinal Health, British Aerospace, The Singer Company and the Department of Defense. Kelley brings her 20 plus years of numerous experiences with her front porch common sense to design the most effective solution for her clients. That experience includes recruitment, benefits, employee relations, leadership development, performance management, compensation, mergers and acquisitions.

She is a graduate of Mary Baldwin College. Her graduate studies and further education took place at the American University and Thunderbird University. She holds the professional designation of Senior Human Resources Professional and certifications in international HR and coaching. She is a member of several global and local organizations. Kelley has been recognized as a community leader and accomplished author.
